Ozana Giusca, Director

Ozana has over seven years experience in the finance industry and holds an MBA in Finance with a distinction from Cass Business School. She has been centrally involved in privatisations, corporate fundraisings, strategy development, and restructuring of loss-making enterprises. She has carried out extensive equity research, and performed due diligence exercises on a wide variety of listed and unlisted businesses.

Prior to setting up her own advisory and consulting firms, Ozana spent over two years with Fieldstone, a US investment bank. She was engaged in the origination and execution of M&A, privatisation and project finance transactions in Emerging Europe.  Prior to this Ozana was an investment manager for the venture arm of Carphone Warehouse, a London-listed Plc, where she was responsible for assessing investment opportunities and managing investee companies in Europe.

Ozana combines her financial experience with practical business know-how, having established and managed several successful ventures on her own account prior to joining the finance industry.

Ozana is also a visiting lecturer teaching Project Finance at Queen Mary College London.
