Florin Stanciu, Senior Consultant

Florin has 15 years of experience in Romania, involving considerable strategic management exposure, which he gained from working with a number of small and medium sized companies. Florin brings his knowledge, skills and commitment into developing business solutions for SMEs. Florin has the overall understanding of businesses, at strategic level, and the practical experience of detailed aspects of operations. He fulfilled a number of positions within fast-growing SMEs, in addition to his consulting roles on various strategic and operational issues. He developed a successful career in a top Romanian trading company, market leader in the automotive industry, where he reached the Executive Director and member of the board position. His previous positions include project management and brand development.

Florin's approach ensures effective implementation to follow the overall strategy. He believes many initiatives fail because they lack a sound strategic foundation or appropriate implementation. Staff are key to implementation, and thus his approach is to ensure staff share the company's vision. Florin is experienced in processes design, change management, including staff training, development and motivation.

Florin has completed an MBA program at University of Durham, UK and had earned his Degree in Aeronautical and Automotive Engineering.
