Paula brings to Bridge Europe Consulting's team more than five years of experience in the Romanian financial sector.

During her employment as Risk Analyst with one of the top leasing companies in Romania (part of one of the biggest European financial groups, focused on production equipment leasing), Paula acquired valuable skills in financial analysis, financial modelling, risk analysis and research. She assessed a number of investment projects in several sectors and industries, such as: food, footwear, textiles, transportation, retail, construction, public services, wood processing, metal processing, petroleum and petrochemicals.

In addition, Paula is familiar with the banking sector in Romania, having worked for one of the most dynamic Romanian banks.

During her consulting role, she has been working on developing projects and strategies, financial restructuring and fund raising.

She holds a Degree from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest.
