The majority of the EU Funds available to Romanian entities have been launched and open to receive projects in the second half of 2008. Within this period, Bridge Europe Consulting has completed and submitted several projects.

We have submitted projects for local public authorities, SME’s, large companies, start-up companies, and an ONG under the following EU financing programmes:

- The Operational Programme – “Increasing the Economic Competitiveness” (Romanian: “POS CCE”), with focus on the Priority Axis 1 - “An innovative and eco-efficient productive system” , Major Intervention Domain 1.1 “ – Developing and increasing production facilities;

- The National Programme for Rural Development (Romanian: “PNDR”), with focus on Measure 3.2.2. - “The development and re-establishment of the rural villages, improving the essential services for the rural economy and inhabitants and the countryside’s inheritance” and Measure 3.1.3 – “Supporting tourism activities”.

- The Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” (Romanian: “POS DRU”), with focus on the Priority Axis 3 "Increasing the adaptability of workers and enterprises" - State Aid Scheme "Financial Aid for career development" and Priority Axis 6 - "Supporting the Social Inclusion", major Intervention Domain 6.1 - "The development of the social economy".

The projects we have specialised in include: development of SME’s and large companies acting in various industries, such as: construction, production, tourism development (rehabilitation of historical monuments, hotel expansion and refurbishment, modernisation of tourism infrastructure), development of human resources, development of rural areas, development of B&B / Mini Hotels in rural areas. Our focus also includes projects in production of green energy, agriculture, aquaculture and fisheries.
