Focus: Project Management, Fund raising and Analysis Diana brings to Bridge Europe Consulting over five years of finance experience in Romania and CEE. She has been involved in investment projects in several industries, such as: telecom, retail, financial services, media, healthcare. During her employment as Financial Analyst with the CEE venture capital arm of the American International Group, Diana acquired valuable skills in financial analysis, financial modelling, reporting and research. Diana has experience in the financial services sector being involved in the administration of off-shore shelf companies and fiscal representatives of a number of foreign companies. In addition, Diana is familiar with the start-up and early stage investment sector in Romania in a range of industries, having worked as Project Manager for one of the most dynamic Romanian private equity funds, Gemisa Investments. Diana holds a MSc in Finance Degree from Cass Business School, London, UK, which she attended as a Chevening scholar, and a double major in Business Administration and Political Science / International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria. |
