Building a 4-Star Minihotel in Danube Delta
Bridge
Europe Consulting was responsible for: developing the concept and defining the
project parameters, drafting the relevant documentation, the actual project
development and management, coordinating the technical experts, obtaining all
permits and other legal documents required to raise the funding, identifying
suitable suppliers for the services and goods to be purchased as part of the
setting up and operation of the minihotel, in order to ensure cost efficiency
and value added. Bridge Europe Consulting has drafted the complete
documentation needed for accessing the non-reimbursable funds available under
the National Programme for Rural Development, Measure 3.1.3 – “Promoting
tourism activities”. Thus, Bridge Europe Consulting has prepared and submitted
the application file, has liaised with OJPDRP and offered feedback to issues
raised by the authority, and has supported the project throughout the
evaluation process. The minihotel has
been developed around an integrated business concept consisting of the
construction of a 10 double-room accommodation facility accompanied by
additional recreational infrastructure meant to facilitate a diversified
tourism offering in the rural area (business tourism, family holidays, sport
activity and scientific tourism).
The project has been selected for funding, and an EU grant amounting to
EUR 200,000 has been approved. The
financing contract has been signed and the project is in the implementation
phase.
