Whenever I face a difficult situation I remember the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson: “What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”

Anca is leading our team responsible for the Implementation of EU Funding Projects.  While assisting our clients in implementing their projects, Anca has learned the rules of all the funding programs and, more importantly, she has learned how the system works.  She went through fast track learning – on the job – in addition to having completed the relevant training courses or programmes in her field.  She is able to identify several solutions for any one problem and, more importantly, she is able to deal extraordinarily well with unexpected, complex problems.

Anca was recruited by our firm as a fresh graduate in early 2010.  She has progressed extremely fast, having constantly proven she could do more.  She has successfully completed all the activities in which she has been involved.  She is a self-starter and is spot-on when the real problem needs to be identified and dealt with.

Anca has actively contributed to drafting and preparing projects for non-reimbursable funding for various companies in sectors such as energy, metalwork, constructions, tourism.  Most of the projects are being funded via the Sectorial Operational Program – Increase of Economic Competitiveness and via the Regional Operational Program.  She is project-managing our own EU-Funded projects.
