Daniela’s main focus is on the financial aspects of businesses.  She understands the challenges, having been involved with more than 150 SMEs that required various types of funding.  She has dedicated her entire career to assisting companies to obtain finance, either non-reimbursable funds or bank loans.  Her positions have been of two types: business consultant and banker, in charge of lending, and customer relationship management.  She developed great skills in identifying optimal solutions to business challenges, transforming any problem into a business opportunity.

Daniela is extremely analytical.  She likes to go the extra mile in order to get to the bottom of the problem.  She has contributed to strategies for companies’ development, she has drafted tens of business plans, inclusive of financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and project budgeting.  Having performed financial analysis on more than 50 companies, Daniela is an expert in analysing and computing figures.  She has accumulated her knowledge and experience during 7 years of structuring and financing investment projects.  She has dealt with companies in most industries, from healthcare to manufacturing.

Daniela has sharpened her managerial skills during her 3 years of leading the sales team and as branch manager for two of the largest multinational banks in Romania.  She has also acquired experience as an entrepreneur managing her own consulting firm for 3 years.
